Warranty

Warranty obligations for SKAT brand products manufactured by SKAT Industrial Equipment Plant LLC apply for a period of 18 months from the date of purchase from the manufacturer or certified dealer.

Warranty repairs of products are carried out at the manufacturer. In the event of a warranty claim, all costs associated with transporting the product to the repair site and back to the buyer are borne by the manufacturer.

Delivery to the manufacturer's facility is carried out after agreement with the service department of TC Delovie Lines.

It is necessary to transport the device to the place of repair in a container that ensures safety during transportation and loading (plywood or wooden box). When shipping equipment, include a list of everything you are packing in the box and a completed questionnaire. Be sure to attach the device passport. When the device arrives for service, it will be entered into the database, and from that moment you can track its status by sending a request with the device serial number from this page.
