Shipment of devices to the service center for repair and verification.

1. Fill out the questionnaire (items for shipping the device to the end user are required) and send by email. email support@skat-v.com
2. Agree with the service engineer on the shipping method, the choice of TC, payment terms if the device is shipped under warranty.
3. The device must be securely packaged; if there is no shipping box, additional packaging in the shipping box is required.
4. The organization ZPO SKAT LLC has an agreement with the Delovye Linii shopping center, so we ourselves can pick up the device from the terminal for free.
5. If the shipment was made by another shipping company, it is necessary to include delivery to the address of ZPO SKAT LLC at the expense of the sender.

Pickup

To receive products at our warehouse, you must have a power of attorney (form No. M-2, approved by Decree of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated October 30, 1997 No. 71a) or a STAMP of the recipient organization and a passport of the authorized person.
