In the CSM of Rosstandart in the Bryansk region, an active high-voltage load SKAT "AVN-70" was put into operation.

The load SKAT "AVN-70" is intended for metrological testing of various high-voltage test apparatuses such as SKAT-70M (M1), SKAT-70, AVITs-70, dielectric testers such as AIST 50/70, AID-70M and the like.

“With the acquisition of the high-voltage load SKAT AVN-70, we are moving to a higher level of providing comprehensive services for enterprises in the energy sector of the Bryansk region,” said Denis Borisov, head of the department for checking electrical and radio engineering quantities.
